General Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and proactive General Manager to oversee our daily operations and support the continuous growth of the company. The General Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure that business goals, operational standards, and team performance are consistently achieved.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, good business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple departments effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the company and ensure all departments are working efficiently.
• Monitor business performance, sales results, and profitability across different platforms (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada).
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure proper manpower planning and staffing to support daily operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvements.
• Strengthen company systems, workflows, and internal controls to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to supervisors and team leaders.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration among departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of managerial or leadership experience
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Experience in operations management, sales management, or business administration is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools
• Able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
• Willing to work in Duhat, Bocaue, Bulacan
