Job Description:
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and play-based learning activities in line with the school curriculum, vision, and values.
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and cognitive development.
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and developmental milestones, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.
Support and guide children’s character development through positive modeling and consistent routines.
Communicate effectively and compassionately with parents regarding children’s progress, well-being, and any concerns, offering guidance and recommendations when needed.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school programs, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Uphold and reflect the school’s values in daily interactions with children, families, and the wider school community.
