Lead and manage tile and interior installation projects for TTG's premium showroom and client sites. You'll oversee on-site crews, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to our quality standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage day-to-day on-site installation operations
- Review project plans, specs, and Bill of Materials
- Supervise installation crews and subcontractors
- Monitor schedules and resolve site issues promptly
- Handle punch listing and project turnover to clients
- Submit progress reports and documentation to management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related; PRC License preferred
- 2–3 years site supervision experience
- Background in tile or interior fit-out installation is a plus
- Can read floor plans and technical drawings
- Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations
