Job Description:
- Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
- Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
- Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data;
- Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirement/s;
- Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform any other office tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (4-year course)
- Fresh graduates with welcome to apply
- Experience in sales is an advantage
- Computer literate
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to be assigned in Ayala Malls Feliz
