Job Description
Morag Design and Fabrication Corp. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Representative to manage client accounts, support project coordination, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing multiple tasks, and contributing to the successful delivery of projects. Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, quotations, billing, and collections.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, sales invoices, and related documents.
- Monitor billing and collections to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, project trackers, and client information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project requirements and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting, or any related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Experience in client servicing, sales, account management, or project coordination is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledge of Odoo Sales and Accounting Modules is an advantage.
- Exposure to the construction, fabrication, engineering, or project-based industry is a plus.
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
