Job Description
Monitor and manage daily payment gateway operations (DANA, Midtrans, Flip, Qpon, and other payment partners).
Perform transaction reconciliation between internal systems and payment gateway reports.
Investigate and resolve payment-related issues such as failed, pending, or duplicate transactions.
Coordinate with payment providers and vendors regarding operational or technical issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to payment transactions and balance utilization.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development General Manager.
Assist in preparing reports, documentation, meeting materials, and business-related follow-up activities.
Support cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
Experience in payment operations, administration, finance operations, e-commerce, fintech, or technology companies is an advantage.
Understanding of payment gateways, digital payment processes, and transaction reconciliation.
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).
Good communication skills and professional work attitude.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin (written and/or spoken) will be a strong advantage.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
