La Salle College Jakarta is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Admissions team as an Admission Support Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for final semester students or fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in higher education administration, student recruitment, and CRM operations within a dynamic international academic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in outbound calls to prospective students and help convert enquiries into confirmed enrolments.
• Support day-to-day admissions administration including processing applications, coordinating campus tours, and preparing documents
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and communication records
• Assist in school visits, education fairs, and community outreach events to represent La Salle College Jakarta.
• Support the team with general administrative and reporting tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in any field; background in Marketing, Communication, Business, or Education is a plus
• Fresh graduates and final semester students are welcome to apply; any prior experience in sales, customer service, or campus organizations is an advantage
• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, persuasive, and professional manner
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
• Proactive, energetic, and target-driven with a genuine interest in the education sector
