We are looking for an Odoo Functional Specialist to support, optimize, and improve the implementation of our current/ongoing Odoo system across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business needs into functional specifications for Odoo implementation and customization
Implement and configure Odoo modules based on operational needs
Build workflows for Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Accounting
Customize Odoo workflows and system settings according to company operational requirements
Customize forms, buttons, reports, fields, and dashboards using Odoo Studio
Structure inventory systems for raw materials, gold stock, diamonds, finished goods and consumables
Monitor ERP performance, identify inefficiencies and propose ERP-based solutions
Translate manual Excel-based processes into centralized ERP systems
Coordinate with multiple departments to improve system adoption
Improve data accuracy and reporting structure
Train users and improve company-wide ERP usage
Create documentation and SOP related to ERP processes and system usage
Coordinate with Odoo HQ for technical customization or advanced system issues
Coordinate with data analyst to ensure all data is properly extractable for reporting purposes
Continuously optimize workflows as the business scales
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience working as an Odoo Consultant or Odoo Functional Specialist
Strong understanding of Odoo workflows, configuration, and business process implementation
Experienced in using Odoo Studio for workflow customization, reports, fields, forms, buttons, and automation
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with inventory-heavy and operationally complex businesses
Basic understanding of Odoo technical architecture, PostgreSQL, or Python is a plus
