We are ABRIHET and currently seeking a motivated candidate to be part of our growing operation based in Surabaya, East Java. Candidates will be filling the position of SAP Supporter Order to Cash / SAP FICO (2 Different Position) with details below.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure quality support and assistance in request and incident management in the area of SAP Sales and Distribution.
Provide SAP general support.
Evaluate internal customers’ requirements and translate them to functional specifications.
Perform configuration analysis across Order to Cash processes and associated integration points.
Prepare system documentation and manuals.
Train users and other Supporters in your area of expertise.
Support project team in unit and user acceptance testing.
Estimate and plan own tasks, including follow-up and acting proactively.
Ensure quality with a focus on business needs.
Systematically perform a variety of tasks according to procedures and instructions.
Investigate and collect relevant information, understanding business processes within your competence area.
Translate business process flow into implementation of SAP Global Solution provided by Consultant.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in SAP FICO/SAP Order to Cash and familiarity with finance-related
Strong knowledge in SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing, Activity, Internal order, Profitability Analysis)
Understanding FICO business processes and the integration with the other SAP module
Experience navigating or supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
Having knowledge of material ledger is a plus
Strong analytical, root-cause analysis, problem-solving and ability to do standard FICO customizing
Having debugging skills to trace the issue is a plus
Excellent communication skill for guiding/training business users and escalating critical issue to the higher level, with fluency in English (written and verbal)
Able to work independently, within teams and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensure follow-up and prioritize work, work across culture and share knowledge with colleague
Familiarity with ITIL-based ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, Jira)
Highly Prioritized Candidate with Listed Skills Below:
Experience with S/4 HANA.
Knowledge of SAP MM, WM and other modules.
Experience with Retail processes / SAP AFS/ SAP for Fashion.
Experience with Dynamics 365.
Academic background in economy, sales, logistics, or similar.
Experience working with Service Now support system.
