Job Summary
The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, increasing brand awareness, and expanding Reload Sanctuary's customer base through strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
This role leads the overall sales strategy while ensuring all marketing activities contribute directly to business growth, membership acquisition, event sales, partnerships, and customer retention. The ideal candidate is highly target-driven, commercially minded, and passionate about wellness, hospitality, and lifestyle industries.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Drive membership sales, wellness packages, classes, events, and corporate partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, hotels, villas, travel agents, fitness communities, and strategic partners.
Conduct sales presentations, networking, and business development activities.
Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities.
Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies when targets are not achieved.
Marketing & Brand Development
Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Plan digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, website, and paid advertising.
Collaborate with the content creation team to produce engaging marketing materials.
Increase brand awareness through partnerships, events, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.
Revenue Growth
Develop promotional campaigns that increase customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maximize occupancy and participation across all Reload Sanctuary services and events.
Continuously explore innovative sales channels to generate additional revenue.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales & Marketing team.
Set individual and team KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Foster a results-oriented and collaborative working culture.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Analyze sales data, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
Monitor marketing ROI and budget utilization.
Present recommendations and business insights to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
Strong experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, lifestyle, luxury, or tourism industries is highly preferred.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in wellness centers, luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, fitness clubs, or lifestyle brands.
Strong network within Bali's hospitality and tourism industry.
Experience managing memberships, events, and corporate partnerships.
Digital marketing knowledge, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM, and email marketing.
Experience leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong commercial mindset with excellent business development skills.
