Job Title: Warehouse Admin

Work Assignment: Quezon City

 

Qualifications: 

  •  Must know how to drive 4-wheel vehicles, including pickup trucks, sedans, and Traviz.
  •  At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the position

 

Key Responsibilities:

A. Supervise General Warehouse Activities

1. Verify items are in good condition according to delivery receipts.

2. Inspect loading operations to ensure they follow warehouse and shipping specifications and to ensure proper use of warehouse space.

3. Reads delivery notices, orders, invoices, and other documents to manage priorities and ensure that the correct warehouse methods are used and ensure records are accurately stored in the database.

4. Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.

5. Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.

6. Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.

7. Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.

8. Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed

9. Receive of incoming inventory items, report damage/ missing items.

10. Secure necessary documents for releasing of inventory items.

11. Maintain real time stock records at all times.

12. Dispatching of delivery to clients.

13. Responsible for on time delivery of orders to clients.

14. Coordinates with Fleet & Facilities Maintenance Supervisor regarding the repairs of delivery vans and maintain a record of truck ban in all cities and municipalities of delivery coverage.

 

B. Inventory Management - input, retrieve and analyze data; maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed; conduct regular inventory reconciliation to ensure adequate supplies to meet the company’s operations goals; report to management on damaged goods and any discrepancies with inventory; assist in counts of physical inventory.


1. Be responsible for monitoring stock on hand to cover all existing orders.

2. Establish stock levels that are supportive of demand before critical days level of inventory.

3. Create regular analysis on the movement of items to support Stock and demand.

4. Conducts audit on inventory transactions to maintain high accuracy of inventory reliability.

5. Regularly schedules and conduct cycle count to measure and maintain inventory dependability.

6. Conduct monthly ending inventory report.

7. Creates stock replenishment for all brands; Lubes, GII Products and Consumables.

8. Performs analysis to know which items needs focus and suggest items for phase out.

9. Monitors stock on hand versus orders to lessen unserved and versus demand to minimize overstock.

10. Responsible in sending daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory reports.

11. Create Increase and Decrease of demand analysis on a monthly basis.

12. Responsible in monitoring open for serve purchase order (served and unserved).

 

C. Maintenance of equipment: maintain all work equipment in an efficient state/ order and good repair. Machinery maintenance log needs to be kept up to date and maintenance operations need to be carried out safely. Regularly conduct/plan routine maintenance to prevent future problems and corrective maintenance when equipment goes wrong and needs to be fixed.
