We are looking for a Quality Management Supervisor to support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with internal standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory obligations.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to maintain quality management processes, coordinate audits and certifications, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Your Areas of Responsibility:
Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), including document control and KPI monitoring
Coordinate quality management activities, management reviews, and improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with company and ISO requirements
Prepare and support internal audits, external audits, and certification processes, including follow-up of audit findings and corrective actions
Manage regulatory and product certification activities, including coordination with external authorities and certification bodies
Coordinate cross-functional quality-related activities and support effective implementation of organizational changes through governance processes
Prepare quality reports, maintain quality documentation, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on quality management initiatives
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Compliance, or a related role
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or IATF 16949
Experience in audits, document control, compliance management, or continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with regulatory and certification processes (e.g., SNI, MIGAS, or similar regulatory bodies)
Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
