Agape Life Group is looking for a Mandarin-speaking CRM who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Indonesia. The role will work closely with our Taiwan operations and requires fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian to help bridge communication, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth.
What You'll Do
•Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
•Support communication between Taiwan and Indonesia
•Follow up with leads and customers to ensure a great customer experience
•Maintain customer records and CRM data
•Help improve customer engagement and retention
Who We're Looking For
•Fluent in Mandarin & Indonesian (spoken and written)
•Understanding Taiwanese culture and business communication is a strong advantage
•Excellent communication and people skills
•Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented
•Able to work independently in a remote environment
