Job Description
Ensure end-to-end recruitment process runs effectively and meets hiring targets
Monitor workforce planning vs actual and provide gap analysis
Manage employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations
Monitor and evaluate employee development programs
Develop and manage training programs (Training Need Analysis, planning, execution, and evaluation)
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
Supervise security and office support functions to ensure workplace safety & cleanliness
RequirementsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes
Strong knowledge of labor law and industrial relations
Experienced in training program development and evaluation
Experienced in payroll processing and HRIS
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and target-driven environment
Experienced in manpower planning and employee engagement programs
