Expected Job Responsibilities
1 Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
2 Lead and manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
3 Handle employee relations and guide on HR-related matters.
4 Coordinate performance management and employee evaluation processes.
5 Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
6 Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
7 Handle labor-related issues and coordinate with government agencies such as DOLE when necessary.
8 Plan and coordinate employee training and leadership development programs.
9 Prepare HR reports, analyze workforce data, and recommend improvements.
10 Supervise and coach HR staff to ensure efficient HR operations.
Note: The previous HR supervisor left, and they would like to fill this position as soon as possible.
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and other HR functions.
Experience working for a PEZA-registered company.
Proven experience in strengthening and managing recruitment activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in revising company rules and regulations (Employee Handbook / Company Policies).
Experience in handling labor relations and employment issues, including coordination with the Department of 3 3 Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Experience in planning and implementing management training and leadership development programs.
Benefits:
