Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Northgate, Alabang
Job Overview
We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in Northgate, Alabang.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate (New Curriculum)
- No BPO experience required – fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
- Can communicate in basic to conversational English
- Able to engage in conversations with customers confidently and professionally
- Willing to work onsite in Northgate, Alabang
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Assist customers by answering inquiries and providing accurate information
- Resolve customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain a positive and courteous attitude during customer interactions
- Document customer concerns and update records accurately
- Follow company policies and quality standards in every interaction
- Work with team members and supervisors to ensure excellent customer service
