Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industry.
  • Prepare and submit quotations and proposals, process orders, and perform other sales/marketing-related functions.
  • Conduct client visits, meetings, and site inspections as necessary.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, including promotions and events.
  • Monitor industry trends to maintain the business's strategic plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurial, Marketing, Mechanical, Customs Admin or any related field. (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other digital tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and site inspections when required.
  • A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
  • Results-orientated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team.
