- Candidate must possess at least a BS HRM/HRS / Food & Beverage Services Management or any equivalent
- At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience in the food industry
- Able to do regular restaurant reports
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Previous work experience in a food establishment is a must
Responsibilities
Assist managers with daily operations such as scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
Rotate through departments to gain exposure to sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations.
Support recruitment and HR tasks like reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting performance reviews.
Prepare reports and presentations based on collected data and observations.
Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to build business knowledge.
Shadow senior managers to learn leadership techniques and decision-making processes.
Contribute to projects by conducting research, documentation, and follow-ups.
Assist in employee development by mentoring, coaching, and supporting the onboarding of new hires.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety codes, and regulatory requirements.
