Responsibilities:
Lead and drive the investigations related to customers complaints & correction action
Handle multiple projects and lead a team of QA engineers
Customer liaise to improve product quality
Initiate action to prevent occurrence of product non-conformity
Determining quality assurance parameters
Guiding the QA team in developing and implementing test procedures
Reviewing test documents and suggesting improvements
Monitoring the entire QA process
Requirements :
Degree/ diploma in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in PCBA or Wire Harness manufacturing
Good team worker with effective communications & interpersonal skill
Knowledge of QMS & IPC industry standard.
Strong leadership skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and multiple projects
