Key Responsibilities:
-Process and monitor permits, licenses, and other documentary requirements.
-Liaise with government agencies such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, LGUs, and other regulatory offices.
-Coordinate with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
-Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative records and documents.
-Assist in processing company registrations, renewals, and compliance requirements.
-Handle courier services, document submissions, and collections.
-Provide general administrative support
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related course.
-Knowledgeable in processing transactions with government agencies is an advantage.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
-Honest, dependable, and willing to do fieldwork.
