Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture R&D/Product Development, with managerial experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Familiar with CAD software (CAD 2D and 3D, AutoCAD, SolidWorks,Rendering, SketchUp, etc.).
Experience in product development from concept to mass production.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience with CNC Machine processes is plus.
Able to work under tight deadline.
Able to communicate effectively in English.
Preference given to the Semarang area.
