Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Public Health, or a related field; advanced qualifications are highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the government health sector, including strong network with national, regional, or local agencies, as well as local and/or international NGOs and supranational organizations.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a significant advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups.
- Proficient in IT, with the ability to efficiently utilize computers, tablets, and relevant technologies.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Desk:
- Strategic mapping and engagement of relevant officials
- Serve as the primary contact for ATM products
- Facilitate internal coordination for trainings
- Oversee the complete bid process for government procurement

- e. Participate in meetings called by procuring entities
- f. Track status and inventory of submitted bids
- Provide sales forecasts and activity reports
- Handle in person submission of procurement requirements
- Keep updated about procurement rules and regulations
- Work with market access and government affairs teams
- Nominate sub distributor for government procurement
- Prepare monthly workplan and present accomplishments
