Job Description

1. Manage recruitment administration processes based on manpower requests from branch offices.

2. Conduct initial candidate screening using assessment tools and selection instruments provided by the company.

3. Support in coordinating interview schedules and processes between candidates and hiring managers, particularly for leadership-level positions.

4. Support the implementation of Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) for leadership positions in accordance with established guidelines.

5. Support in analyzing and processing recruitment data to support hiring decisions.

6. Assist in training administration activities, including training preparation, documentation, participant recapitulation, and evaluation processing.

7. Ensure all recruitment and training data are properly documented, accurate, and up to date.


Job Specification

• Final-year Psychology student or Fresh Graduate in Psychology.

• Strong interest and willingness to learn in the field of Human Resources, particularly Recruitment and Training.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and interviewing techniques is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of basic formulas and functions.

• Willing to participate in the internship program for the period determined by the company.
