- Process and manage insurance policy renewals accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with clients regarding renewal requirements and policy updates.
- Prepare renewal quotations and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and policy information.
- Work closely with internal teams and insurance providers to ensure timely processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course or equivalent.
- Previous experience in insurance renewals, policy administration, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
