As our AI Automation Specialist, you'll help teams work smarter by turning repetitive tasks into intelligent workflows. You'll build automations, explore AI tools, and create practical solutions that save time and improve the way we work.

You'll partner with colleagues across the business to understand their challenges and design workflows that are reliable, easy to use, and built to scale. If you're excited by AI, enjoy solving problems, and like experimenting with new technologies, you'll feel right at home.

? The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:Build AI solutions that make work easier
  • Design and build AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work and improve day-to-day operations.

  • Create AI agents and intelligent automations that organise information, route requests, and support decision-making.

  • Prototype new ideas using AI tools and lightweight code, helping turn business needs into practical AI solutions.

Connect systems and improve workflows
  • Build and maintain automations using platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Monday.com, and Slack.

  • Connect business systems through APIs, webhooks, and integrations, using JavaScript or Python where needed.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve workflows to keep them reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.

Partner with teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities where AI and automation can make a real difference.

  • Create clear documentation, support teams during adoption, and explain AI solutions in a practical, accessible way.

  • Explore new AI technologies, test ideas through pilots and proof of concepts, and recommend improvements that help the business work more efficiently.

  • Experience building automationswith platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or Monday.com.

  • A genuine interest in AI, workflow automation, and improving business processes.

  • An understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and how systems connect.

  • Basic programming or scripting skills using JavaScript and/or Python.

  • Confidence using AI tools to prototype ideas, create documentation, and solve problems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way to colleagues with different levels of technical knowledge.

  • A structured approach to documentation and attention to detail.

  • An understanding of data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have
  • Experience building AI agents, AI-powered workflows, or internal AI tools.

  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Jira, Intercom, or similar business systems.
