Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, International Trade, Customs, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Import Documentation, Customs Clearance, or Freight Forwarding.
- Strong understanding of import documentation and customs procedures (PIB, PEB, Manifest, SPPB, SPJM, LS).
- Experienced in preparing and reviewing PIB drafts.
- Familiar with INSW and Customs systems.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- PPJK certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review PIB drafts and other import documentation.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of import documents before customs submission.
- Coordinate with PPJK, shipping lines, freight forwarders, surveyors, and internal departments.
- Monitor customs clearance progress and assist in resolving document-related issues.
- Handle customs inspections and follow up on clearance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and import records.
- Support reporting related to import activities.
- Ensure import processes comply with customs regulations and company SOP.
