We are looking for a high-level Senior Media Buyer who deeply understands Meta Ads, conversion psychology, creative strategy, funnel optimization, and performance marketing.

This is NOT an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone obsessed with performance, data, testing, scaling, and booked calls.

Your Main Goal

Your primary objective is simple:

Generate qualified booked calls profitably through Meta Ads.

You will be responsible for helping us scale ad spend while maintaining strong performance metrics across the entire funnel.

This means understanding:

  • CTR
  • Hook rate
  • Thumbstop ratio
  • CPC
  • CPM
  • Landing page conversion rate
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per booked call
  • Show rates
  • Lead quality
  • Sales conversion quality
  • Funnel bottlenecks
  • Creative fatigue
  • Scaling strategy

You should understand that media buying is NOT just “launching ads.”

You must understand how the:

  • ad creative,
  • audience,
  • offer,
  • landing page,
  • tracking,
  • qualification process,
  • and sales process

all work together.

Responsibilities

Meta Ads Management

  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta ad campaigns daily
  • Manage campaigns spending thousands per day
  • Scale winning campaigns aggressively while maintaining efficiency
  • Monitor ad account health and performance
  • Test new campaign structures, audiences, and scaling methods
  • Analyze performance trends and identify bottlenecks quickly
  • Reduce CPA and improve overall funnel efficiency

Creative Strategy & Testing

You will work closely with our creative/content team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying winning ad angles
  • Suggesting new hooks and messaging
  • Researching competitors
  • Analyzing winning creatives
  • Identifying creative fatigue early
  • Structuring creative testing systems
  • Giving feedback to editors/content creators
  • Understanding different audience awareness levels

You should know how messaging changes depending on audience sophistication and awareness.

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization

You must deeply understand landing page performance.

This role is NOT limited to ad management.

You should be able to analyze:

  • Why some ads have high CTR but poor conversion
  • Why some ads bring low-quality leads
  • Why landing pages underperform
  • How messaging alignment impacts conversion rates
  • How qualification impacts lead quality

You will continuously work on improving:

  • Landing page CVR
  • Funnel flow
  • Form completion rate
  • Appointment booking rate
  • Lead quality

Tracking & Attribution

You must understand:

  • Hyros
  • Meta Pixel
  • UTM tracking
  • Attribution windows
  • Conversion API (CAPI)
  • Funnel tracking systems

You should be highly analytical and obsessed with understanding:

“Where are our best booked calls actually coming from?”

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs daily
  • Create performance insights and recommendations
  • Identify scaling opportunities
  • Spot inefficiencies quickly
  • Report findings clearly to leadership

You should be comfortable making decisions backed by data.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads at a high level
  • Experience generating booked calls (NOT just leads)
  • Strong understanding of direct response marketing
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused funnels
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Ability to move fast and execute
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
