Key Responsibilities:
- Serve in different capacities including Business Process Analyst, RPA developer, Agentic AI developer, Support Engineer across multiple and concurrent assignments.
- Collaborate with customers to identify, assess and define agentic automation use cases within existing IT and business operations, including process optimization, redesign and reengineering.
- Analyze business processes and design goal-driven agentic workflows, incorporating AI agents, RPA bots, and system integrations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into automation workflows, agent instructions, context design, and orchestration logic.
- Design, develop, test, deploy and document RPA solutions and agentic AI workflows.
- Create, develop and/or review key documentation including BRD, PDD, SDD, and agent design artefacts (e.g., agent goals, context, tools, human-in-the-loop interactions).
- Deliver automation and Agentic AI solutions in both onsite and remote client engagements to drive successful adoption.
- Apply best practices in RPA and Agentic Automation, ensuring solutions are efficient, reusable, scalable, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Understand business processes from workflow diagrams and conceptualize them into automated and agentic solutions.
- Develop and integrate supporting components such as APIs, scripts, and application services to enable automation and agent orchestration.
- Create and document test procedures, scenarios and cases for both deterministic workflows and AI-driven outputs (pre-UAT and UAT).
- Perform end-to-end testing across environments, including AI output validation and prompt evaluation.
- Monitor and maintain RPA processes and AI agents, including performance tracking, accuracy, and reliability.
- Provide L1–L3 support for existing automations and AI solutions, including prompt tuning, agent optimization, and incident resolution.
- Analyse and determine root causes of incidents across both system logic and AI behavior, and provide timely solutions within SLA.
- Accountable for assigned tasks including fixes, enhancements, and delivery of support.
- Adhere to guidelines for Incident, Problem and Change Management.
- Degree in in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in UiPath or other RPA platforms, with exposure to AI-driven automation preferred.
- Familiarity with agent orchestration and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith for building, managing and evaluating agentic workflows is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of automation lifecycle and software development practices.
- Understanding or exposure to Agentic AI concepts, including:
- Goal-oriented execution
- Multi-step reasoning and planning
- Tool usage and orchestration
- Human-in-the-loop design
- Prior experience or exposure to software development and system integration, including building APIs, services, or applications (e.g., .NET, C#, Python, web applications) to support automation and agent orchestration is an added advantage.
- Ability to translate business requirements into RPA and agentic automation solutions.
- Experience in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) using UiPath Document Understanding or similar solutions is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in integrating applications using REST APIs, web services, and working with databases (RDBMS / NoSQL/MongoDB).
- Exposure to GenAI / LLM concepts, including prompt engineering, structured outputs, or AI-assisted workflows is a strong advantage.
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Prior experience with other automation tools (Power Automate, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.) is a plus.
- UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months).
- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across both rule-based and AI-driven scenarios.
