KUALIFIKASI

  1. Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Pertambangan, Geologi, atau jurusan terkait.

  2. Memiliki pengalaman di bidang Coal Handling, Coal Quality Control, atau Coal Production, dengan pengalaman sebagai Foreman menjadi nilai tambah.

  3. Memahami proses pengendalian kualitas batubara, termasuk sampling, stockpile management, blending, dan quality assurance.

  4. Mampu melakukan monitoring kualitas batubara berdasarkan parameter seperti Total Moisture (TM), Inherent Moisture (IM), Ash, Sulfur, dan Calorific Value (CV).

  5. Memiliki kemampuan dalam pengawasan operasional coal hauling, coal stockpile, coal crushing, dan coal loading untuk memastikan kualitas serta kuantitas sesuai target.

  6. Mampu mengoperasikan dan membuat laporan menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) serta software pendukung operasional tambang.

  7. Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan, kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, disiplin, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan dalam sistem roster/site.
