Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across Python and JavaScript stacks.
Design, develop, and maintain backend and full-stack web applications.
Drive the team to meet technical goals and project timelines.
Review and contribute to clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Collaborate with stakeholders (product, design, QA) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Make key architectural and technical decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
Support developers in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.
Requirements
At least 1–2 years in a team leadership or tech lead role
Strong proficiency in Python (Django experience is a plus).
Experience in JavaScript development; familiarity with Node.js and/or Vue.js is a plus.
Good understanding of REST APIs and modern backend design.
Familiar with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work fully on-site (WFO).
