What You Will Own:
- Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances across all corporate accounts, maintaining rock-solid financial health.
- Manage critical disbursements, from vendor settlements and utilities to employee payroll.
- Record, post, and audit all transactions seamlessly within the Accurate ecosystem.
- Drive revenue retention by issuing precise invoices, tracking outstanding receivables, and optimizing collections.
- Oversee petty cash, e-Materai, GoCorp usage, and maintain pristine compliance documentation.
The Profile We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a reputable university.
- 1–2 years of proven track record in Finance, Treasury, or Accounting roles.
- Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands-on proficiency with Accurate software.
- Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles, journal entries, and financial controls.
- Experience in payroll processing or invoice management will put you at a significant advantage.
