Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures in workplace and project sites.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and applicable safety laws.
Develop and deliver HSE training, safety induction, and toolbox meetings for employees and contractors.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure safe work practices are followed.
Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reporting systems.
Promote a strong safety culture across all operational activities and facilities.
Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure readiness of safety equipment and systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience as HSE Officer / HSE Specialist in construction, manufacturing, or facility management.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and safety standards.
Certified K3 General (AK3U) is preferred.
Experience in incident investigation and safety audit processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence workers and contractors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang (Deltamas).
