We are currently looking for a qualified Finance Supervisor to support and oversee daily financial operations of our Indonesian subsidiary and coordinate closely with our China headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily financial operations of the Indonesian subsidiary, including accounting processes and financial statement preparation in compliance with Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and parent company standards.
- Handle and monitor local tax matters in Indonesia, including VAT (PPN) and Corporate Income Tax (PPh); support tax filings, tax planning, and compliance checks to minimize tax risks.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in liaising with local banks for account administration, fund settlements, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Support annual budgeting and cost control activities; analyze revenue, costs, and profitability; prepare financial and management reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with China headquarters on financial data consolidation, audit support (local and cross-border), and implementation of financial policies to ensure effective cross-border financial collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preference for candidates holding Indonesian Intermediate Accountant (AM) certification and/or Tax Consultant or Tax Administrator certification issued by DJP.
- Minimum 6 years of financial experience in Indonesian companies, including experience in a supervisory role. Experience working with Chinese companies is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and financial compliance; able to handle accounting and tax processes independently.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in Chinese is a Mandatory.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and analytical; able to work under pressure, ensure compliance, and communicate effectively with both Indonesian and Chinese teams.
