About the Role
Atelier of Minds is looking for a passionate and dedicated Shadow Teacher / Learning Coach to support neurodivergent learners in both academic and life skills sessions.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves working with children and enjoys building meaningful relationships that help them grow in confidence, independence, and social-emotional skills. As a Learning Coach, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, helping to facilitate sessions, provide individualized support, and create a positive learning environment where every child can thrive.

What You'll Do
Support and coach students during academic and life skills sessions.
Help implement individualized learning and behavioral strategies.
Foster engagement, focus, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
Assist in planning, preparing, and running daily learning activities.
Provide one-on-one support when needed.
Work closely with therapists, educators, and families to support student progress.
Observe, document, and communicate student development and achievements.
Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children, especially neurodivergent learners (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning differences, developmental delays).
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Genuine love for working with children and helping them succeed.
Patient, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships with students.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a small, growing organization.
Background in Education, Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or related fields is a plus.
Can work over the weekend.
