Kualifikasi
1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil.
2. Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun sebagai Quantity Surveyor pada proyek:
- Perumahan (Residential)
- Kawasan (Land Development)
- Gedung
3. Memahami proses tender, kontrak, dan administrasi proyek.
4. Menguasai perhitungan volume pekerjaan sipil dan arsitektur.
5. Memahami Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP/SNI).
6. Mampu menyusun BOQ, RAB, dan Cost Estimate secara detail.
7. Memiliki kemampuan analisis biaya yang baik.
8. Teliti, detail, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
9. Mampu bekerja di bawah target dan deadline proyek.
Kemampuan Teknis
Wajib menguasai:
1. Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
2. AutoCAD
3. Microsoft Project (nilai tambah)
