? Job Description:
? Mendapatkan data customer flight ticket yang akan direfund.
? Menghubungi maskapai penerbangan Korea untuk proses refund tiket.
? Mencatat hasil proses refund, baik berhasil maupun tidak berhasil.

? Kualifikasi:
• Mampu berbahasa Korea (lisan)
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
