  1. Menerima, memeriksa kuantitas dan kualitas semua barang (bahan makanan & peralatan)

  2. Menerapkan sistem FIFO/FEFO

  3. Menjaga kebersihan dan sanitasi gudang

Kualifikasi:

  1. Min pendidikan SMA/SMK jurusan Akuntansi, Logistik, atau Manajemen lebih disukai

  2. Pengalaman kerja 2-4 tahun handle warehouse di perusahaan Central Kitchen/ Catering/Resto Industry

  3. Mahir menggunakan spreadsheet (excel) untuk mencatat mutasi stok secara real time dan akurat

  4. Mampu melakukan penghitungan fisik stock secara rutin dan teliti, serta melaporkan selisih stock

  5. Mengetahui standar kebersihan dan keamanan pangan (food safety dan hygiene)

  6. Mampu bekerja dengan kecepatan dan ketelitian tinggi
