Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in HVAC Specialization / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
At least 5 years working experience in B2B HVAC Sales with proves track record in project based sales.
Deep understanding of chiller systems (centrifugal, screw, scroll), strong knowledge of the commercial HVAC market, familiarity with project bidding and tendering processes, understanding of building blueprints and MEP designs
Ability to select chillers using manufacturer software, reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings, accurate project cost estimations and proposals, technical presentation and contract negotiation skills
High resilience and results-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, excellent problem-solving under tight project deadlines, proactive and self-driven work ethic
Good communication and presentation skill
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), basic knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing reviews, experience using CRM software (Salesforce)
