Job Summary

The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of Kindee outlet, including revenue growth, marketing execution, guest satisfaction, service quality, kitchen coordination, staff training, expense control, SOP implementation, and monthly profit & loss performance.

The successful candidate must be hands-on, practical, disciplined, business-minded, and able to lead both service and kitchen teams. This role requires someone who can manage the outlet like their own business and be accountable until the bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outlet Business Performance

  • Take full responsibility for the overall outlet performance, including sales, cost control, profit, guest satisfaction, and operational standards.

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance.

  • Review outlet expenses and ensure costs are controlled properly.

  • Analyze outlet performance and prepare monthly profit & loss review/report.

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve efficiency, and improve profitability.

2. Sales & Marketing

  • Support and execute local marketing activities to increase outlet traffic and sales.

  • Work closely with management to create promotions, menu campaigns, and sales initiatives.

  • Monitor customer trends, best-selling items, slow-moving items, and guest feedback.

  • Help develop ideas for new snacks, drinks, menu improvements, and revenue opportunities.

  • Build good relationships with repeat guests and local customers.

3. Operations & SOP Control

  • Ensure daily outlet operations run smoothly, cleanly, and professionally.

  • Make sure all company SOPs are implemented consistently by service and kitchen teams.

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and outlet presentation standards.

  • Ensure opening, closing, cashiering, inventory, service, and kitchen procedures are followed.

  • Solve daily operational problems quickly and responsibly.

4. Food Quality & Menu Development

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain consistent food taste, portioning, plating, and presentation.

  • Monitor food quality and ensure all products served meet Kindee standards.

  • Provide input for menu development, especially snacks, drinks, and items with good sales potential.

  • Review customer feedback and work with the kitchen team to improve product quality.

5. Staff Leadership & Training

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate service and kitchen staff.

  • Train staff on service standards, product knowledge, upselling, cleanliness, and SOP implementation.

  • Build discipline, teamwork, and accountability within the outlet team.

  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure manpower is used efficiently.

  • Coach underperforming staff and support staff development.

6. Cost Control & Inventory

  • Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, wastage, breakage, and other outlet expenses.

  • Ensure proper stock control, ordering, receiving, storage, and inventory usage.

  • Reduce wastage and prevent unnecessary expenses.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and purchasing team to maintain efficient stock levels.

7. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, guest feedback, operational issues, staff performance, and profit performance.

  • Provide monthly outlet performance review including basic P&L analysis.

  • Recommend practical improvement actions based on outlet data and observations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, Cafe Manager, Assistant Outlet Manager, or similar F&B leadership role.

  • Experience in managing a cafe, restaurant, casual dining outlet, or small F&B business is acceptable.

  • Strong understanding of daily restaurant operations, service flow, kitchen coordination, cashiering, inventory, and cost control.

  • Able to read and understand basic sales reports, expenses, and profit & loss performance.

  • Hands-on leadership style and willing to be directly involved in daily operations.

  • Strong communication and team management skills.

  • Able to train both service and kitchen staff.

  • Customer-oriented with good problem-solving ability.

  • Disciplined, honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and restaurant operating hours.

  • Passionate about food, service, and creating happy customer experiences.

  • Experience in Thai food, cafe, beverage, or dessert business is a plus, but not mandatory.
