1. Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK sederajat

1. Melakukan instalalasi dan aktivasi internet di rumah customer

2. Melakukan pengecekan dan perbaikan Trouble Ticket (TT) di rumah customer

3. Membuat laporan penggunaan material dan pekerjaan untuk setiap WO/TT yang dikerjakan
