BUILDING MANAGER
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Building Manager (Apartment & Resicential) to lead the daily operations of our residential complex. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a safe, comfortable, and well-managed living space for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management: Oversee the smooth running of all building facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
Unit Leasing Operations: Manage rental processes including tenant move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration.
Department Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance, security, housekeeping, and administrative teams to ensure seamless operations.
Resident Relations: Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all residents adhere to building rules and regulations, promoting harmony and safety within the community.
Operational Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on building performance, occupancy, and operational activities to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Tourism.
Proven experience at least 3 years as Manager in Hotel or Apartment Management (familiar with PPSRS will be a plus).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Adaptable and have ability to handle multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
Customer service mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Knowledge of building systems, leasing processes, and regulatory compliance.
Familiar with Property Management System (such as VHP or Maxial or other PMS application software will be a plus)
Have the ability to set up KPI and performance for all team
Willing to be placed on site at Cikarang Barat is a must.
