PT Wiratara Prima is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible General Affairs Staff to manage permits, coordinate with related institutions, and ensure compliance in building operations.
Responsible:
Handle permits and licensing related to building construction and operational activities.
Coordinate with relevant institutions and ensure all requirements are met.
Monitor and ensure the timely renewal of all project and operational permits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of permits, contracts, and correspondence.
Review and draft agreements, contracts, and other legal documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
Provide administrative and legal support of project and office operational needs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (graduated with a diploma). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of legal and administrative processes, especially related to permits and compliance.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external parties.
