Pharmacist Assistant (Licensed)

We are a Korean Dermatology & Skin Care brand currently looking for a professional Pharmacist Assistant to join our team. This role plays an important part in ensuring proper medication and medical product management in accordance with standards, maintaining safety, and supporting the best possible service for every patient.

This position is ideal for a competent and detail-oriented Pharmacist Assistant who is eager to grow in the aesthetic and dermatology field. As a Pharmacist Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high clinical standards, ensuring pharmaceutical management complies with regulations, and supporting smooth daily clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pharmacist in managing and maintaining medical and pharmaceutical inventory.
• Support the preparation and dispensing of medications and products in accordance with prescriptions and pharmacy procedures.
• Provide basic and accurate information to patients regarding the proper use of medications or products under the supervision of the Pharmacist.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pharmacy area at all times.
• Conduct regular stock checks on medical and pharmaceutical inventory, monitor stock availability and expiry dates, and prepare timely inventory reports for the Pharmacist, including coordinating replenishment orders when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy 
• Valid STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).
• Minimum 2-3 year experience (experience in aesthetic clinic is a plus).
• Good knowledge of drug management and regulations.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite.
• Experience using Neosoft system is preferred.
