Responsibilities :
Manage End-to-End recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring manager to understand their requirements on across different level hiring
Maintain contact with potential candidates during the recruitment cycle
Ability to screen and evaluate candidates resume and CV using database, job portal, recruitment channels to find potential candidates
Organize assessment, interview, reference check, and offering candidates
Responsible for managing employee cerfication
Responsible for managing employee training and development program
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minimum IPK of 3.00
Familiar with psychological tools (Psikotest)
Open for fresh graduated
Have experience as internship in recruitment min. 6 months
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to effectively communicate with hiring managers and engage with potential candidate
Ready to work in our Head Office at Central Jakarta
