Membership Relation Manager
General qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Membership, Guest Relations, Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role, preferably in the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury service industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Proactive in engaging with members, including reconnecting with inactive members, maintaining regular follow-ups, and driving member retention.
- Attentive to member preferences and key milestones (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries, and personal interests) to create personalized experiences and strengthen member loyalty.
- Confident in handling member inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Target-oriented with strong sales, retention, and upselling abilities.
- Well-groomed, professional, and passionate about health, fitness, and wellness.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
