Responsibilities:
- Calculate the required quantity, volume, material specifications and prices, scope of work, man hours according to the documents / drawings / specs provided.
- Make BOQ / RAB, RAP calculations.
- Calculate and double-check the volume per work item between the drawing and BOQ.
- Create a complete RAP with Unit Price Analysis as a benchmark for making price offers and implementation in the field.
- Monitor and update prices.
- Create a project implementation time (time schedule).
- Making project tender.
- Price negotiating with supplier.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Quantity Surveyor or Estimator.
- Preferably have worked for an exhibition contractor.
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
- Have experience in Exhibition constructions.
- Master working drawings and volume calculations.
- Create a sub-wage account for project work.
- Understand the types of materials.
- Mastering software: CAD, SKP, Microsoft office.
- Master the knowledge regarding project cost calculations.
- Excellent organisational skill.
- Preferred candidate who posses administration and filing data skill.
