1. Memonitor jaringan VSAT, Internet, Teleport, dan Data Center selama 24 jam. 

2. Menerima, mencatat, dan menangani tiket gangguan pelanggan. 

3. Melakukan troubleshooting awal (first level support). 

4. Melakukan eskalasi gangguan kepada tim terkait sesuai prosedur. 

5. Memastikan alarm dan notifikasi jaringan ditindaklanjuti dengan cepat. 

6. Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait performa jaringan. 

7. Melakukan monitoring utilization bandwidth dan availability layanan. 

8. Berkoordinasi dengan pelanggan mengenai status gangguan. 

9. Memastikan seluruh aktivitas operasional mengikuti SOP dan SLA perusahaan.
