Creating nontrade invoice such as lease rent and vehicle sales.
Preparing and completing supporting document for invoices.
Coordinating with Finance, Accounting, Quality Control, and other related departments.
Following up invoice document confirmations.
Recording and maintaining submission data.
Preparing correspondence letters.
Assisting General Affairs tasks when needed.
Preparing daily reports.
