Job description:


* Develop and Implement Sales Strategies to Achieve revenue and sell through target.

* Looking for Potential customers (B2B & B2C) and maintain relationships with existing customers.

* Looking for Potential High End Customer 

* Analyze Sales, Market Share, and Competitors in the Assigned Area.

* Negotiate Prices, Payment Terms, and Sales Contracts in accordance with Company Policy.

* Assist in handling customer complaints regarding product quality, delivery, and service.


Requirements:


* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

* Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design and Build Sales

* Strong networking and relationships with Architect, Client, and Developer 

* Has a wide network in Developer 

* Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

* Fluent English is a plus
