Senior Test Promotor Specialist (Banking Placement)

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) – required for daily communication with regional and global teams.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in environment management, release management, or Quality Assurance.
• Experience in managing environments for large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Test Promotion Specialist to manage and coordinate the testing policy, strategy, plan and execution of infrastructure and application across multiple test environments (e.g., Development, QA, UAT, Staging). The position requires strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, incl. regional/global counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and Promote Test Policy, Strategy and Plan Manage and execute the promotion of test policy, strategy, and test plan of large-scale project across multiple parties globally, based on the initial requirements and scope defined during the basic study. This includes identifying the types of tests that will be needed, such as System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure: environment readiness (Plan, provision, and maintain test environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Staging)).
• Verify that test environments are properly configured and available for testing activities.
• Coordinate with environment managers and infrastructure teams to resolve setup issues.
• Deployment Documentation
• Preparing initial test documentation, such as test cases and scenarios, based on the requirements and scope defined during the basic study.
• Maintain accurate records of build versions, deployment timelines, and promotion history.
• Ensure traceability and auditability of all promotion activities.
• Cross-Functional Communication
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand their expectations and requirements for testing. 
• This helps in aligning the testing objectives with the overall project goals.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to align promotion schedules.
• Act as a liaison between local teams, regional office, and headquarters to align environment activities.
